Our Story

ROYCE Agency is a full-service advertising agency and marketing representative firm. We are a lifestyle marketing cooperative combining creative minds from the worlds of advertising, entertainment, sports and progressive new media. We keep our clients connected and capture influential multicultural millennials by delivering authentic campaign messaging and compelling content. We understand their tendencies and habits, how they consume and share ideas, and what inspires them. We integrate our clients message across all platforms. The Executive team at ROYCE Agency consists of Ed Royce, founder and CEO, Jymm Adams, President & COO, Vinnie Malcolm, Executive Vice President of Business Development & Strategic Partnerships, and Michael Klein, Director of Content Development.

We put this team together to not only forge what underserved marketers are looking for but also to create authentic messaging for multicultural communities who have been inadequately marketed. In addition, we want to provide a pathway for future individuals to have a career in marketing and multimedia.

Ed

Ed began his advertising career in the Healthcare Industry as a Media Specialist at HOAG Hospital where he developed their multicultural community outreach program utilizing multi-language health and wellness campaigns to Chinese, Hispanic, Vietnamese communities among others. Ed then went on to start his own production company in 2000 in Irvine, CA where he worked on campaigns with brands such as Los Angeles Times, American Academy of Pediatrics, Mars, Golf Digest, KTLA, OGIO and Hughes Aircraft Company. He is a former board member of OCIC and OC Immunization Organization. Ed is currently developing a multi-acre production ranch in Hawaii.

Jymm

Jymm started at Paramount Studios for Entertainment Tonight. Then he moved on to a regional sports network in LA as a Marketing Director. He joined KTLA as a Marketing Manager and moved up to Chief Marketing Director where he and his team won awards including Golden Mike, Promax/BDA, Telly, and numerous Emmy awards. Jymm also was an integral part of the launch of the WB and CW networks and the rebranding of KTLA. Jymm led the team that produced Planet LA and The Audition. He is also a musician that plays locally in Los Angeles and Orange Counties. Jymm is also a speed, strength, and conditioning mentor for College and High School Athletes.

Vinnie

Vinnie began his media career as a buyer at Grey Advertising in New York City and for over 30 years in Los Angeles he has been buying and/or selling media including broadcast, cable, print, outdoor and digital, across all platforms. He has also worked on numerous local, regional and national campaigns for a diverse group of advertisers including automobiles, movies, tourism, hospitality, retail, political and packaged goods among others. He has deep relationships and contacts throughout the region and country. In addition to being the past President and General Manager of KTLA, he was also president of the Los Angeles Sparks of the WNBA.

Michael

Michael started his production career as an intern at ROYCE Multimedia, Inc. and is now the Director of Content Development. He is also responsible for all social media marketing, specializing in content production, and has worked on campaigns with brands, such as, Live Nation, House of Blues, Schools First, and The California Endowment. Michael prides himself on integrating technologies with innovative creative strategies to produce effective content. When time allows, Michael is an accomplished guitarist and singer who has performed in multiple shows and recorded albums.
